I am loving bodysuits at the moment! They can be worn up or down with almost anything.  How I love to style them is with high waisted skirts, oversized cardigans, and thigh high boots. I will also definitely be including bodysuits in some of holiday outfits! They are form fitting and so feminine, lovely for any holiday look!

November Wish List

I am looking forward to the holidays this year, more so than other years and I figure I start shopping for dresses and outfits that are holiday appropriate. I am really feeling metallic and sequin skirts and dresses. Thigh high boots have already become my favorite this fall so I cannot wait to pair these with all kinds of dresses. June Inspiration

I am finally back on my grind of blogging and creating some new designs for my Etsy shop and I am super excited to start coming up with new ideas. I have been away for a few months due to my wedding which just happened last week! We chose to due a destination wedding in Dominican Republic which typically has less planning involved but there still were a lot of details to figure out. All of my free time was taken up with emails and shopping for the wedding but I am glad everything went great. Hopefully I will have pictures soon to post up here! In the meantime, I want to start getting inspired again so of course, I went over to Pinterest to gather up some inspiration for the month of June. Enjoy!!

Lately

I wanted to do a different type of "lately" post and give you an update on what I've been up to, so here we go.

Watching - My fiancé and I have been really into watching space and astronomy documentaries. It's crazy how much I am learning that I had no idea about, (in case you didn't know but I am a big astronomy nerd) I have also have been watching Parks and Recreation on Netflix which I mostly watch when I am knitting, it is pretty funny and reminds me a lot of The Office, one of my favorite shows.

Looking forward to - getting married this Spring! I am so excited to be marrying my boyfriend of 10 years, it is about time we tie the knot right? We are doing a destination wedding so I will definitely be sharing some photos with you soon.

Drinking - lots of green smoothies or as I like to call them, detox shakes. I mostly drink these on the weekend when I need to detoxify my body of all the heavy foods that winter makes me crave. I will most probably share a post on my green smoothies soon, I love making them!

Working on - knitting, knitting, knitting! :) I am still knitting away scarves, I find that always working on your craft keeps you motivated and helps with coming up with ideas. I am also working on new knit ideas for spring and summer which I am really looking forward to. Picking new colors and yarns for a new season is a fun part on its own.

Exploring - photography, I have always loved capturing moments and taking photos of details and places that I come across. I want to just get out there and start taking photos of things that capture my eye, random moments of times spent with my loved ones, and just anything that I find interesting along the way. Some of images will most probably make it on to this blog, it is something that I really want to incorporate here. Visual depictions of moments in my surroundings is something I would like to share on my blog.

Transition Jackets

Can you tell I am ready for Spring? :) Transition jackets are always helpful for me as I can wear a jacket that is lighter but can still can protect me from the chilly temperatures at night. I am loving prints so naturally I just want to wear them anytime I can. Denim jackets are also on the top of my list this season and I can see myself wearing it with almost anything. What type of jackets will you be wearing this Spring?

Pinterest Inspiration

Is it just me or is Spring being talked about in stores and everywhere else earlier this year? I am not complaining by any means and I have to say it puts me in a good, hopeful mood. I always tend to shop for new seasons super late but that doesn't mean I can't start looking for inspiration. I have started a Spring 15 board mood on my Pinterest and plan on adding new pins often in order to stay inspired all the time. Finding inspiration makes me so happy and keeps me going. What about you guys, do you find that inspiration keeps you going?

I have to say I did not shop at DailyLook very often but after browsing their pieces, especially their LBDs, I will be going back for more! I chose this lace dress as I feel it can be worn in a very casual, street look and also dress it up in a sexy, yet sweet look - very much my interprets my style. Over the Knee Boots

I never owned a pair of over the knee boots but they just look like they would give you so much confidence while braving the frigid temperatures the winter will bring.  I am loving these options that I found online and cannot wait to get a pair. I have to be careful however, as these boots have the potential of making me look shorter than I am if I don't get them in the right height. Will you be getting a pair of over-the-knee boots for this winter?

Bohemian Fall/Winter Style Inspiration

A lot of great inspiration on Pinterest! If you have previously read my blog then you will know I love the bohemian style. Carefree, easygoing, loose layers, turquoise jewelry, free spirit... so many of the reason why I love it. Bohemian style is usually related with summer and the beach but boho girls do not take any breaks no matter what season it is. For this reason, I wanted to get some inspiration on warmer, cozier looks for winter. I think winter is also great for going the boho route especially since it involves a lot of layering and chunky yarns and accessories.
