2 Years Blogging!

Hey guys! If you are still with me after these past 2 years, thank you so much!! I truly appreciate you taking out the time to check out my blog and commenting. I know I haven't been super active on my blog lately as I should or would like to, but I definitely do not want to give up blogging. For me blogging is fun and brings me so much excitement. However there were a few times when I let it become too stressful and started to treat it more like a job. I don't want my blog to become a chore that I have to do but instead something that I look forward to doing. I also want to get into posting outfits on here more. I know, I know I have been a big time slacker in that department but I will get back into it soon! Honestly, I would love to post outfits on here every day as it is so much fun for me, but unfortunately I do have other things that keep me and my photographer (aka my fiancĂ©) busy throughout the day. Anyway, I want to share with you the outfits that I did post this second year of my blog. Also, if you did not know already I opened up an Etsy Shop this past month which has kept me busy lately but I'm extremely excited for it and look forward to see how it goes. Thank you again for your support on my blog and hope you stick around for years to come! :)

Over the Knee Boots

Over the Knee Boots

1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6

I never owned a pair of over the knee boots but they just look like they would give you so much confidence while braving the frigid temperatures the winter will bring.  I am loving these options that I found online and cannot wait to get a pair. I have to be careful however, as these boots have the potential of making me look shorter than I am if I don't get them in the right height. Will you be getting a pair of over-the-knee boots for this winter?

Bohemian Fall/Winter Style Inspiration

A lot of great inspiration on Pinterest! If you have previously read my blog then you will know I love the bohemian style. Carefree, easygoing, loose layers, turquoise jewelry, free spirit... so many of the reason why I love it. Bohemian style is usually related with summer and the beach but boho girls do not take any breaks no matter what season it is. For this reason, I wanted to get some inspiration on warmer, cozier looks for winter. I think winter is also great for going the boho route especially since it involves a lot of layering and chunky yarns and accessories. I just love all these photos I found on Pinterest, all of them are my favorite! What do you guys think about these?

Dreaming in Pastel

1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7

Pastels always look so feminine and sweet in my eyes. Anything in blush or mint or any pastel shade is great to welcome spring. I am loving blush-toned maxi skirts and a hint of mint in any outfit. Since Easter is right around the corner, I got inspired to search for pastel pops of colors to add to my outfits. Will you wearing pastels this spring?

Blooming

Forever21 dress | Forever21 hat | Jeffrey Campbell boots | DIY bracelets

It felt like summer this weekend so naturally I decided to grab a light, floral dress for the occasion. Seeing the flowers finally blooming gives me so much excitement! This weekend we loaded up on fruits and veggies for our weekend vegan cleanse. It felt so good to drink fruit infused water in the morning followed by smoothies and fresh juices. We look forward to doing it again as the temperature rises. I hope your weekend was lovely, thanks for stopping by :)

Lately

New dresses for spring (floral dress here)

New beauty products from Sephora

Lovely rose pink colored yarn

New planner and notebook from Poppin here and here

With the beginning of spring comes a lot of shopping as you can see :) I am super excited that Spring is finally here. I feel like I talk a lot about the weather all the time but it is something that it's part of our every day lives and that alters how I feel and what I wear (obviously). With the warmer weather, I am looking forward to eating healthier and getting exercise. I can't say that I am the most fit person, so going out for walks or running is something that I am really looking forward to. Eating healthier also comes with spring. I have always been curious about being vegan and eating only raw fruits and vegetables, so my fiance and I will be doing a cleansing weekend only eating the most freshest produce we can find. This will be a challenge for us but that makes it all that better and will also make us healthier even if it's just for two days. I would like to know what you guys are looking forward to doing for this spring/summer :)

Crop Top and Clear Skies

The place that we shot these pictures at is not really that reminiscent of the desert but it sure made me wish I lived by it. I love a beautiful scenery that ranges from clear skies to fields of flowers. Sometimes I wish I could live in a more rural place for the purpose of admiring these types of scenery (wouldn't hurt for taking outfit of the day pictures either). This past Sunday the new season of Game of Thrones started! We had a viewing party at my house filled with drinks, good food, and company. It was a great time and felt good to hang out and relax. How was your weekend?
