Summer Beauty Inspiration









For summer I am all about keeping it simple with makeup and hair. I don't really like to fuss too much about my makeup and hair in any weather actually, but summer is when I really do not feel like wearing any foundation or wearing anything too heavy on my face. If I am wearing makeup, I tend to go really light on the application. I am also loving the idea of adding a pop of color either on the eyes or lips, because it's summer so why not right? Also a bare face is always beautiful and I love seeing women embracing their beauty this way. On a side note, I love freckles and wish I had them so I always cringe when women want to cover them up! haha... Anyway, what are your favorite makeup looks for this summer?

    To the beach I don't do much make up, no point! Otherwise,it depends on what I wear, I usually like delicate make-up, but for the evening I prefer more vibrant colors .

    I like to keep things to a minimum when it comes to makeup during summer. Eyeliner & mascara, a bit of highlight/bronzer to add some color and I'm good to go! Love all of these, especially the blue eyeliner-love!

    I agree with you that light and barely there is the key during the Summer. It gets so hot here, that if I were to apply much makeup I would only sweat it off outside. Usually, I wear something on my lips and that is it. I am loving that bright blue eye makeup in the first picture though.

    I love a nice neutral colored lip for Spring and Summer, and my favorite right now is "Blankety" by MAC. It's soooo pretty on, and it's perfect for that natural look. :)

    I love summer make up. The more natural look is always more appealing and just feels so much better. I'm all about more simple eye makeup and a bold lip these days.

    Oh, and I also wish I had freckles and never understand why Lindsay Lohan ever bothered covering them up hahaha

    Recognizable post, my skin gets darker in summertime and i don't need a foundation or something. The tone of my "summer skin" is just perfect... why couldn't it be always summer??

      I totally agree! I take advantage when I get a tan to not wear any foundation as you said summer skin is the beat :)
